MTCC has signed with MNPHI towards implementing the 1st phase of the “Integrated National Public Ferry Network Project.”

MTCC has signed with Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure  towards implementing the 1st phase of the “Integrated National Public Ferry Network Project” today. CEO Adam Azim signed on behalf of MTCC and Ms. Fathimath Shaana Farooq, Director General, signed on behalf of MNPHI.
The objective of this project is to connect the islands and atolls of the Maldives via a high-speed ferry network. This project will be fully implemented in 3 Phases and Phase 1 of the project which covers Zone 1 (Ha. Hdh. Sh.) will be operational by September 2021. The integrated national public ferry network is a project that will introduces efficient, affordable, convenient, and sustainable passenger ferry services to all administrative islands of the country.
