CEO Adam Azim and Minister of State for National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure visited Hdh. Hanimaadhoo on 24th October 2020, to inspect the project sites. In this regard, they inspected Hdh. Hanimaadhoo Harbor project and Hdh. Hanimaadhoo Road project.

Work on Hdh. Hanimaadhoo Harbour is well underway, with overall 25% project progress. The Hdh. Hanimaadhoo Harbour project consists of; harbour basin dredging of 53,523cbm; maintenance dredging of 31,576cbm; construction of a 355m breakwater; a 50m revetment; a 270m quay wall; 2,583sqm of paved area and installation of navigation lights. The estimated value of the project is MVR 57.12 million. The project was mobilized on 05 May 2020.

Work on Hdh. Hanimaadhoo Road is well underway, with overall 70% project progress. Scope of works involve sidewalks of 16,518sqm; a carriageway of 38,916sqm, road markings of 19,679.7sqm. The road development project was contracted to us by Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure and was mobilized on 15th June 2019. The project is valued at MVR. 46.7 million.
