Work on L. Maavah is well underway, with overall 37% project progress. We completed maintenance dredging of existing harbour and channel and commenced block installation of the quay wall on 15th July 2020.
The L. Maavah harbour project consists of dredging and excavation operations of 26,885cbm; construction of a 284m breakwater; construction of a 40m revetment; construction of a 110m quay wall; construction of a ramp and placing of mooring blocks.
The estimated value of the project is MVR 27.3 million. The project was awarded to us on 25th September 2019 with subsequent mobilization undertaken on 07th April 2020.
