Work on design and build of Sh. Foakaidhoo Harbor Development Project is well underway, with overall 62% project progress. Fourth shipment of precast concrete blocks required for quay wall construction have been delivered to project site on 15th April 2022.
The scope of the project includes, dredging operations of 45,795cbm, construction of a 464m quay wall, a 100m revetment, a 507m breakwater, installation of 2320sqm harbor pavement, installation of streetlights and navigation lights. The value of the project is MVR 64.6 million.
