28 May We have commenced physical work for the Sh. Milandhoo Harbor Development Project.
We have commenced physical work for the Sh. Milandhoo Harbor Development Project on 16th May 2023. New harbor basin dredging work is currently ongoing at the site.
Scope of works include, 70,400cbm of new harbor basin dredging operations, 17,900cbm of maintenance dredging operations, 8,400cbm of channel dredging operations, construction of a 583m breakwater; a 93m revetment; a 311m quay wall, 15m groynes, construction of a 130m x 2m concrete jetty, construction of a 20m x 3m bridge and a 54m x 3m bridge, installation of 3,789sqm harbor pavement and installation of harbor lights, navigational aids & mooring buoys. The value of the project is MVR 75.42 million.
