The second shipment of precast concrete blocks required for the quay wall construction of K. Himmafushi Harbor (phase 2) have been delivered to the project site on 4th Feb 2022. New harbor basin dredging operations are ongoing with 99% completion.
Scope of works include, dredging and excavation operations of 14,300cbm for new harbor basin, construction of a 38m breakwater, a 248m revetment, 172m quay wall and installation of navigational aids. The value of the project is MVR 25.88 million.
