Second shipment of concrete blocks required for quay wall construction for Sh. Narudhoo Harbor Development Project have been delivered to the site on 17th July 2023. New harbor basin dredging operations are ongoing, with 40% completion.
Scope of works include, 51,212cbm of harbor dredging operations, 4,120cbm of channel dredging operations, construction of 371m breakwater; a 205m revetment; a 210m quay wall; installation of 955sqm harbor pavement, construction of a ramp and installation of harbor lights. The value of the project is MVR 41.34 million.
