Second shipment of concrete blocks required for quay wall construction for Sh. Milandhoo Harbor Development Project, have been delivered to the project site.
Scope of works include, 17,900cbm maintenance dredging operations, 72,938cbm new harbor basin dredging operations, 8,400cbm channel dredging operations, construction of a 583m breakwater; a 316m quay wall; a 93m revetment; a 25m groyne, construction of two bridges, construction of a jetty (130m x 2m), construction of an access platform, installation of 3,863sqm pavement, installation of harbor lights and navigational lights. The value of the project is MVR 76.44 million.
