S. Hithadhoo Old Harbor Breakwater Construction Project (Phase 2) is well underway. First shipment of concrete blocks required for quay wall construction have been delivered to the site.
Scope of works include, 5.88 hectares land reclamation operations, 419m revetment, 270m groyne, 728m quay wall, 5455 sqm harbor pavement, a scour apron, ramp (12m x12m), bridge (10m x 96m). The value of the project is MVR 130.26 million.
