Adh. Omadhoo Harbor Development Project is well underway. Second shipment of concrete blocks required for quay wall construction, have been delivered to the site. Quay wall block installation works are ongoing, with 51% completion.
Scope of works include, 49,765cbm dredging and excavation operations, 12,105cbm channel dredging operations, construction of a 346m quay wall; a 398m breakwater; a 208m revetment; installation of 1,6470sqm harbor pavement, construction of a ramp, construction of concrete jetty (150m x 2m), installation of harbor lights and navigational lights. The value of the project is MVR 66.96 million.
