Harbor Redevelopment and Reclamation Project K.Dhoonidhoo project was awarded to MTCC by Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure on 05th September 2019
The project was mobilized on 21st September 2020.
Scope of the project includes
- Dredging and excavation 4.61 acre
- Reclamation 3.75 acreÂ
- Construction of Breakwater 370mÂ
- Construction of Revetment 620m
- Construction of Quay wall 250m
- Installation of beacons
- Construction of boat ramp
- Construction of underwater concrete anchor blocks
- Installation of harbour lights and 250m pavement Â
The MVRÂ 51.4M project is to be completed within 365 days.Â
