26 Aug Work on Hdh. Nellaidhoo Harbour is well underway
Work on Hdh. Nellaidhoo Harbour is well underway, with overall 32% project progress. The blocks needed for the construction of quay wall has been transferred to the project site on 25 August 2020.
Additionally, project works consists of harbour basin dredging operations of 22,860cbm; maintenance dredging operations of 10,294cbm; construction of a 164m breakwater; installation of 2,102sqm of pavement; installation of navigation lights and ramp construction. The estimated value of the project is MVR 47.62 million. The Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure contracted the project to us on 27th August 2019.
