15 Feb Work on Design and Build of S. Meedhoo Harbour is well underway
Work on Design and Build of S. Meedhoo Harbour is well underway, with overall 90% project progress. We have completed quay wall construction works. Pavement installation of the new harbor basin is currently ongoing, with 96% completion.
Scope of works for the project include dredging 35,496cbm from harbor basin, dredging 22,500cbm from channel; the construction of a 496m quay wall; and a 115m rock boulder breakwater. Additionally, the installation of 2,480 sqm of paved area will also be undertaken. The value of the project is MVR 35.4 million.
