Work on Design and Build of F. Dharanboodhoo Harbour is well underway, with overall 25% project progress. Dredging works for the project is currently ongoing, with 81% completion.

Scope of works for the project include dredging and excavation operations of 38600cbm; the construction of a 196m quay wall; a 410m breakwater; and a 64m revetment. Additionally, the installation of harbor lights, installation of 2,500sqm of paved area will also be undertaken. The estimated value of the project is MVR 38.2 million. The project was mobilized on 27th May 2020.
