About This Project
Road Development Project of Ha. Hoarafushi was handed over to MTCC by Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure on 8th April 2021.
COO Shahid Hussain Moosa signed on behalf of MTCC and Ms. Zeeniya Ahmed Hameed, Permanent Secretary signed on behalf of MNPHI.
Scope of of the project include
- Construction of 11 new asphalt roads with total length of 5303m
- Sub-base preparation of 25,909sqm
- ABC works of 25,909sqm
- Footpath preparation of 11,113.80sqm
- Design and construction of a storm water management system
- Installation of road markings, speed breakers and streetlight
The value of the project is MVR 71.90 million and the project is to be completed within 470 days.
