About This Project
Land Reclamation and Shore Protection of K. Maafushi was awarded to MTCC on 27th August 2019 by the Ministry of National Planning and Infrastructure.
Scope of the project includes
- Land Reclamation of 25 hectares
- Construction of a 1,100m rock boulder revetment
The project design is based on bringing a solution to the high demand of residential plots on the island.
The estimated value of the project is MVR 99.9 million.
