K. Male’ Dhaarul Eemaan office building project was awarded to MTCC on 17th April back in 2014. The work for this project, awarded by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, was completed on 23rd August 2016. The work consisted of demolition of existing building and the construction of a new ten story office building. All construction works were to be carried out by the contractor under daily inspection by the consultant. The building was to be built according to the municipality approved drawings and any instructions approved by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs. Execution of the said works was in accordance to the contract agreement.
