A single contract to design and construct the Courthouse Bay BEQ in a unique and coordinated manner that united the facilities into an integrated residential Campus Master Plan. The project includes three high-quality Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) facilities for Enlisted Marine personnel in the Courthouse Bay District of MCB Camp Lejeune, NC. The Living/Sleeping area of each BEQ is features design finishes specifically selected to establish a unique character for the BEQ’s – enhancing the residential nature and sense of “home”, while also being highly durable and low maintenance. The Multiple-Purpose, Activity Spaces, and community core elements reside at the center of the three BEQ’s as the centerpiece of the complex.
