The Ha. Muraidhoo Harbor Development Project is currently underway with 72% overall project progress. The second shipment of rock boulders has been delivered to the project site, and breakwater profiling work has reached 17% completion.
The scope of the project includes, new harbour basin dredging operations of 32,721cbm, channel dredging operatiosn of 3,817cbm, construction of a 232m quay wall; a 395m breakwater; a 202m revetment; 50m groynes, installation of 1,933sqm harbor pavement, construction of a ramp, a concrete bridge and installation of streetlights & navigational aids. The value of the project is MVR 37.69 million.
