‘Koimala 5’ has undocked from MTCC boatyard following repairs and set sail to Thaa Atoll where she will continue ferry services. Repairs were made on the main engine, generator and battery set of the vessel. The vessel docked twice at MTCC boatyard during 2020 for repairs.
In addition to repair and frequent service, we practice a preventative maintenance approach to prolong the life of vessels. Our dockyard services boast a 200 ton boat hoist and has the capacity to serve more than 20 vessels at a time.
